Andrew Nethercott joins Finnebrogue Artisan as Managing Director

06/07/2020

Finnebrogue Artisan is delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Nethercott as the firm’s new Managing Director.

Commenting on Andrew’s appointment, Finnebrogue chairman Denis Lynn commented:

“I am delighted to announce the appointment of Andrew Nethercott as Finnebrogue Artisan’s new Managing Director. Andrew joins us from Moy Park and will start work on 3rd August.

“Andrew has more than 25 years experience working at a senior level in food and drink businesses across Great Britain and Northern Ireland. He was formerly UK sales director for drinks manufacturer Anheuser Busch, Commercial Director at Dale Farm and most recently has been Business Unit Director of the prepared foods division at Moy Park.

“I am thrilled Andrew has decided to join Finnebrogue at this extraordinarily exciting time for the business and I am looking forward to him joining me and the senior management team in leading Finnebrogue onto our next chapter.  Andrew’s expertise and energy will help Finnebrogue seize the opportunities that lie before us and build on the amazing work you have all done in the last ten years to take our turnover from £3 million to £120 million.”

Commenting on his appointment, Andrew Nethercott said:

“Finnebrogue is a brilliant business with a fantastic vision and phenomenal track record of growth over the last decade. Denis speaks so highly of the team he has assembled and I cannot wait to join them in August.

“I have worked in the food and drink sector my entire career and am looking forward to joining a business with such a clear and holistic mission. Finnebrogue’s mantra – to make food the best it can be without being bound by the way it’s always been done – exactly describes what I hope we will deliver in the years to come.”
