Finnebrogue ranks in a top spot for lowest gender pay gap

18/04/2023

Finnebrogue published its 2022 Gender Pay Gap Report , and is proud to be one of the best performing food companies in Northern Ireland, beaten only by Coca-Cola.

The UK food producer based in Co Down has the joint second lowest hourly pay gap of the Northern Ireland food businesses it was compared to, the second lowest mean gender pay gap, and the second highest percentage of women in the top 25 per cent of its workforce.

The gender pay gap is the difference in the average pay of all men and women across the business, irrespective of their role or level.

Finnebrogue is not complacent about these results; there is still much work to do.

The business’s gender pay gap data was collected on 23rd November 2022.

At that time, there were 1098 employees within the Finnebrogue Group, comprising of 721 men (66%) and 377 women (34%).
