Colin Murray and Edith Bowman visited Finnebrogue’s state-of-the-art plant-based factory in Downpatrick, County Down – the largest of its kind in Europe – to see how they were innovating in the plant-protein space and talking to the key people behind the scenes, including Declan Ferguson, Technical Director, Sean Kearney, NPD Innovation Process Manager, and Jago Pearson, Chief Strategy Officer.
