People are the lifeblood of our business and we were thrilled that Chris Overend (Assoc CIPD), our head of human resources, was recognised and awarded Excellence in HR Leadership at The CIPD Northern Ireland Awards in October 2022.
Chris was appointed to the role in January 2022 and has focused on the strategic growth of the business, leading the HR, talent and L&D teams.
At the same ceremony, Finnebrogue Artisan was recognised for its student programme which started in 2021 – they were short-listed for Best Resourcing & Talent Management Initiative.
